We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Quick facts
- Return window: 14 days from the day you receive your order.
- Condition: Unworn/unused, with tags, in the original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
- What’s not returnable: Sale items and gift cards.
- Exchanges: Return the item first, then place a new order for the item you want.
How to start a return
- Email us at shop@hatster.com.au with your order number and the item you’d like to return.
- We’ll review your request. If approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and simple packing instructions.
- Send the parcel back using the label. Please don’t send items back without contacting us first—they won’t be accepted.

Exchanges
Need a different size or style? The fastest way is to return your item and place a new order right away. Once your return is accepted and received, we’ll process your refund.
Refund timing
We’ll email you when your return arrives and is inspected. If approved, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need extra time to post the funds.
Damaged or wrong item?
If your item is faulty, damaged, or you received the wrong product, please email us as soon as you can at shop@hatster.com.au. We’ll take care of it quickly.
Australian Consumer Law: You’re entitled to a refund or replacement for products that are faulty, unsafe, or not as described.
