- Tracking: You’ll get a tracking email once your order ships.
Processing & dispatch
We carefully prepare your order, then hand it to our delivery partners within 1–3 business days. We’ll email you as soon as it ships.
Delivery times
Standard Australia-wide delivery is typically 7–12 business days. Regional and remote areas may sit toward the higher end of this range.
Business days don’t include weekends or public holidays.
Tracking your order
When your parcel leaves our warehouse, we’ll send you a tracking link to the email used at checkout. If you can’t find it, check your spam folder or contact us and we’ll resend it.
Address changes & delivery issues
- Need to update your address? Email us as soon as possible—if the order hasn’t shipped, we’ll do our best to update it.
- Delayed or missing? Deliveries can occasionally take a little longer due to carrier delays, weather, or peak periods. If your parcel seems stuck, contact us and we’ll help investigate.
